This year, ASA's premier grassroots advocacy meeting on legislative, political, and regulatory issues affecting the practice of anesthesiology will be held Monday, May 5 - Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
 
Component Society officers, Legislative Chairs, leaders in academic anesthesiology, ASA “Key Contacts,” aspiring “Key Contacts,” members of the ASA Grassroots Network, members of the Medical Student Component, residents, anesthesiologist assistants, and other interested members are strongly encouraged to attend. 
 

Registration:
Registration for the event is available to MSA members who click here.  There are additional fees for taxes and credit card processing that will be added to the registration amount. Please note, any cancellations received by Monday, April 7, 2025 will incur a 20% cancellation fee. To request cancellation, please email meetings@asahq.org.
 

Lodging:
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for conference registrants at the Hyatt Regency Washington, DC on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The block is under the name of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) and covers rooms from Friday, May 2 through Thursday, May 8, 2025. A special nightly rate of $379 is available until the room block closes on April 17, 2025.
