MSA 2025 ANNUAL MEETING

The Missouri Society of Anesthesiologists is pleased to request your participation as an exhibitor partner in our 2025 Annual Meeting on Saturday,  April 12th at Le Méridien of Saint Louis, Missouri.  As the largest gathering for anesthesiologists in the state, our members are excited to network and learn innovative ways to practice medicine.

We consider this an excellent opportunity for you to meet with anesthesiologists as well as demonstrate and display your products in person. MSA strives to improve the exhibitor experience through increased exposure to our physician anesthesiologists.

Our Exhibit Hall is strategically located just outside of the Lecture Hall which will create additional connections between attendees and the exhibitors. Our staff will be in the Exhibit Hall frequently as this is also the registration area.

*By signing up for this meeting you are agreeing to not promote your product or services during the complimentary educational sessions you choose to attend. Should you not agree and promote your product, you will pay a $6,000 fine to cover the now lost accreditation of the speaker's presentation

President's Reception

This event takes place Friday, April 11th, where you will receive exclusive access to our attendees in a reception and networking style convening for three hours. We will also give a 15-minute time frame for you to speak to the group. You do not have to be a regular exhibitor to participate in this sponsorship.
